Breathing-Practice! Bringing in the Energy the light -it is a cleansing practice when practiced regularly. The breath is cleansing!! Yoga attempts to create balance between the body and mind. strengthening the body with the movement of Hatha yoga poses. Focus on our core such as balancing and most importantly our breath – releasing the old. Core poses such as boat, bridge.. so don’t be afraid.. LOL….
This class welcomes beginning , all of Bella’s class are focused on beginners so if you see a class not worry come on in.
