- Part-one we will focus on Warm ups , Eye exercises , Salute to the sun with the Chair or Standing. Slow and gentle movement to create Energy in the Body Uplift our Minds. Learn a few Back Bends such as (Sphinx ) and Forward Bends
- A Gentle program for a Healthier Body greater Flexibility, and a Peace full Mind. By Meera Kerr -Guide will be used.
