Hatha yoga with a mixture of poses from balancing to some core. The benefits of combining strengths -Flexibility-Mind- connection, it improves breath, circulation, energy, stamina, and it is core strengthening. We need our bodies to age backwards instead of forward.
20 minutes of aging backward stretches and meditation.
