Ayurveda is a 5000 year-old-system of natural healing. Has been enjoying major resurgence in both native and throughout the world. It offers a body of wisdom designed to help people to stay vital, and realizing their full human potential. It reminds us that health is the balance and dynamic integration between our environment, body, mind, and spirits.
Health – Life and happiness, spiritually, physical and emotional, all made up of natural & holistic with nature. Ayurveda focuses on digestion, finding balance with in us and throughout our body. Ayurveda brings awareness to our body and realizing we are more than just our bodies, we have layers of energy and each layer (Charka) (Koshas) needs to be in balance and not blocked. Our consciousness moves each layer unblocking and which brings the flow and that flow brings love and happiness, health. …. Love heals all.
Ayurveda is living in daily harmony with the laws of nature is our intimate connection! System of healing Body-Mind- Consciousness are in constant interaction, relationship with others, it is a preventative & curative medicine!

Ayurveda describes three fundamental energies that govern – movement, transformation, and structure. Our constitution known as Vata (wind), Pitta (fire) Kapha (Earth) forces responsible for the characteristics of our mind, and body. Each of us being unique. (Three different body types)
Diet, nutrition lifestyle, exercise, rest, relaxation, meditation, breathing, medicinal herbs, cleansing and rejuvenation programs for healing the body mind and spirit.
For example: Vata: is light, energetic, changeable – when in balance – person is lively, creative but too much movement in the system, tends to experience anxiety, insomnia, dry skin , constipation, difficulty focusing.
We need to identify the constitution, find the state of balance.
